Congratulations to Don aka ‘Flex’ for completing the Ski to Sea Race solo and for shaving some time off from last year! Don changed his conditioning program from the previous year with mostly CrossFit supplemented with a little bit of running.

I truly think [the West Kelowna Bodyshop Training Centre] is the best in Kelowna. That may seem like high praise but that’s how I feel. Before I started working out with you guys, I thought I was pretty fit – and I guess I was pretty fit by ‘normal’ gym standards. In fact, I had been working out with a personnal trainer for many years and paying big bucks ($400-$600 per month was not uncommon) for the priviledge!
