5.  DB OH Hold Alt. Knee Steppin
6.  Bosu Mountain Climber
7.  Pullups bar walk arounds
8.  Split Jumps
9.  Sit out
10. Walk ins & outs

WOD:
20 min. Teams of 6 for max reps. interval time dictated by 200m Run
1. 200 Run
2. Tire Flips
3. Cal Row
4. BB Over Unders
5. Shuttle Run
6. Rest
